Every morning, an email that says
what changed, with the sources
Sentinel Briefing monitors your sources 24/7 and sends you a verified note, ready to read or forward. You follow your subject, not your feeds.
International press, institutions, NGOs, think tanks, newsletters, LinkedIn, podcasts and videos: 1,000+ sources across 50 countries, monitored 24/7.
- 19,000+
- articles screened daily
- 1,000+
- open sources monitored
- 3 languages
- for every deliverable
Among the monitored sources
Hours lost monitoring, deliverables built by hand
Before Sentinel, people spend an average of two hours a day aggregating sources to produce a note that could have arrived ready-made.
Without Sentinel Briefing
2 hours of daily monitoring
RSS feeds, Google Alerts, newsletters, social media: you aggregate dozens of signals to extract the three that actually matter.
Notes written from scratch
Even with a monitoring tool, you still build your briefings by hand. Synthesis remains artisanal work.
Professional tools out of reach
Meltwater, Signal AI: €500–2000/month, designed for large brands. Out of reach for a 5-person team, an NGO or an independent.
With Sentinel Briefing
An email ready to read every morning
Sentinel monitors your sources 24/7 and delivers a structured briefing at 7am, context, stakes, linked sources. No editing needed.
Your time back for analysis
Sentinel handles collection and sorting. You keep what makes your work valuable: reading, judgment, advice.
From €19/month
Accessible pricing for independents and organisations alike. No mandatory annual commitment, cancel with one click.
A scheduled prompt is not a monitoring service
Asking ChatGPT or Claude every morning what moved on your topic is useful. But an assistant searches when you ask it to. Sentinel reads your sources continuously, verifies, and delivers.
Coverage
AI assistant with a scheduled task
A web search rerun on every execution: the result depends on the wording and on what the search engine surfaces that day.
Sentinel Briefing
1,000+ fixed sources read around the clock, 19,000 articles screened every day. Coverage does not depend on the luck of a search.
Sources
AI assistant with a scheduled task
The open web. Not your press subscriptions, not LinkedIn, rarely podcasts.
Sentinel Briefing
Your subscriptions (Le Monde, Les Echos, FT, Politico…) through the extension, named LinkedIn accounts, transcribed podcasts and videos, EUR-Lex, Légifrance and the French Official Journal at the source.
Accuracy
AI assistant with a scheduled task
An outdated job title, an approximate date, a misattributed article: nothing flags it.
Sentinel Briefing
Names, roles and dates checked against the Atlas before sending. Every statement links back to its original article.
Consistency
AI assistant with a scheduled task
Each run starts from scratch with a different search: coverage shifts from one day to the next.
Sentinel Briefing
A standing watch profile, same sources and same criteria every day, plus a flash alert confirmed before sending when news cannot wait.
Deliverable
AI assistant with a scheduled task
Text in a chat window, to proofread and reformat before passing it on.
Sentinel Briefing
A structured note, as a PDF under your brand, sent to your recipients in English, French or Italian. One watch per client, kept separate.
Already using Claude? Keep it. With the MCP server (Firm plan), it queries your Sentinel watches instead of starting from the open web. Read the documentation
How it works
Three steps, from setup to your first delivered note.
Create a monitoring profile in plain language
Describe your issues, themes and target sources in a few sentences. Sentinel turns them into a standing profile, with its sources, criteria and schedule: it does not start from scratch every morning.
AI collects and analyzes your sources
Sentinel monitors your sources 24/7, filters relevant signals, and structures each piece of information with its context and original source.
Receive a ready-to-share note every morning
At 7am, your briefing is in your inbox: structured, verified, exportable as white-label PDF. Ready to share.
Everything your monitoring can do
From connectors to delivery, every link in the chain is built to produce a reliable, white-label deliverable.
Client-ready notes
Written, structured syntheses with white-label PDF export in your organisation's branding.
BYO subscriptions extension
Your press subscriptions (Le Monde, Les Échos, FT, Politico…) read from your own browser. Your credentials never leave your machine.
Read the docs →Available on the Chrome Web Store →Named LinkedIn monitoring
Track posts from specific executives, decision-makers and experts, folded into your briefs.
Native institutional sources
Official journals, legislation and statistics portals as direct connectors, for regulatory monitoring at the source.
Podcasts & videos
Episodes and talks automatically transcribed, then analysed like any article.
Verified flash alerts
A short alert, confirmed before sending, only when the news genuinely warrants it.
Atlas knowledge graph
Roles and entities continuously verified, for notes free of people or title errors.
Multilingual deliverables
Notes in French or English per recipient, interface available in FR, EN and IT.
Your watches in your AI assistant
Keep Claude or your MCP-compatible assistant: it queries your watches, notes and alerts with sources cited, and creates watches or adds sources if you allow it. Isolated per workspace.
Read the docs →Intelligence you can put your name on
Four non-negotiable principles for information you can share with confidence.
Source-by-source traceability
Every claim in a briefing is linked to its original URL. You verify the source article with one click before delivering.
AI content clearly labelled
Passages generated or synthesized by AI are labelled as such in the interface and in exported PDFs. No ambiguity about what is synthesis and what is a direct quote.
100% European hosting
Your data is stored on servers in Germany. No transfers to servers outside the European Union.
GDPR compliant
Processing compliant with GDPR. Signed DPA available from the Team plan. Data deletion on request from account settings.
Sentinel Briefing vs. the alternatives
An honest comparison with Feedly, Inoreader, Meltwater and general-purpose AI assistants, the tools our users most often relied on before switching to Sentinel.
An AI assistant answers when you ask. Sentinel reads your sources every day, verifies, and delivers, whether you think of it or not.

Frequently asked questions
Sentinel continuously monitors 1,000+ open sources: general and specialist press, institutional and regulatory sources, official journals, statistics portals, social networks (LinkedIn), podcasts and videos. Every new signal is analysed by our AI pipeline within the hour. For paywalled press (Financial Times, The Economist, Bloomberg, Politico…), the BYO extension available from the Firm plan lets you integrate your existing subscriptions without ever sending your credentials to our servers.
For a one-off question, an AI assistant is genuinely useful. For monitoring you pass on to others, it lacks the essentials. It reruns a web search each time, so coverage changes from day to day. It reads neither your press subscriptions nor LinkedIn. Nothing checks roles, dates or attributions before you forward the result. Sentinel reads the same 1,000+ sources every day, including your subscriptions through the extension, checks names, roles and dates, links every statement to its article, and delivers a note under your brand. And if you want to keep Claude, the MCP server (Firm plan) gives it access to your watches.
All data is hosted exclusively on Hetzner servers in Germany (EU). We never sell or share your data with third parties; a signed DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is available for Team, Firm, and Enterprise plans. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from account settings.
You enter your credentials once in the browser extension, which runs entirely inside your own browser, your logins are never transmitted to our servers. Sentinel uses the extension to fetch content from paywalled sources on your behalf; we store the resulting article text, not your credentials. You can revoke access at any time by uninstalling the extension.
Every note explicitly cites its sources, and the full list of analysed articles, with links, remains available in the app. Our pipeline summarises and structures: it never writes a fact absent from the collected sources, and a verification engine checks sensitive points (roles, dates, entities). All AI-generated content is clearly labelled as such in the interface and the deliverables.
Yes. The white-label PDF export (Team plan and above) strips all Sentinel branding so you can present briefings directly to clients under your own logo. You can customise the cover page, header, and footer. Your clients see your analysis, not our tool.
The Firm plan includes full REST API access to retrieve briefings, alerts, and source data programmatically. Analyses export to CSV in one click, and every note or analysis exports to PDF. Source-list export is on the roadmap. API documentation is available at sentinelbriefing.com/docs.
There is no lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no notice period; you retain access until the end of the paid month. Annual plans can be cancelled within the first 30 days for a pro-rata refund.
Yes. You can import any OPML file directly from account settings, the standard export format from Feedly, Inoreader, NewsBlur, or any RSS reader. Your watch profiles are populated immediately after import, with no manual re-entry.
Sentinel produces briefings in French, English and Italian, with the output language set per watch profile. The output language is set per watch profile, independently of the language of your sources. You can monitor English sources and receive a French-language summary, for example.
Account setup takes under 5 minutes: create an account, configure your first watch profile, and add your sources. Sentinel runs its first analysis pass within the hour; your first morning briefing arrives by 7 a.m. the following day. No installation is required beyond the optional browser extension for paywalled sources.
All plans include email support with a response time under 24 hours on business days. Team and Firm plans include priority support with a 4-hour response time. Institution customers benefit from priority, dedicated support.
You do, entirely. The content Sentinel generates from your sources belongs to you and your organisation. We do not use your briefings, sources, or queries to train AI models, and we do not share them with other customers.
Yes. Your subscription covers all AI inference costs, there are no per-query charges, no token meters, and no surprise invoices. The ceiling depends on your plan: note cadence (weekly on Solo, daily and weekly on Team and Firm), the number of watch profiles (3 on Solo, 15 on Team, unlimited on Firm), the analyses quota (500, 2,500 and 10,000 per month) and the quota of transcribed podcast/video episodes (10, 50 and 200 per month).
